What each method supports, and what it needs from you.

Cards

Structurally different from the other methods: submitted as an ORDER (not AUTH), uses returnurl/cancelurl, and requires a stable customer reference (billingid). Refunds are not available — only payouts to a paysafecard account.
Multibanco cannot be refunded. Not partially, not at all, because the scheme has no mechanism for it. If you sell into Portugal on Multibanco, plan a bank transfer for returns.
paysafecard supports payouts, not refunds. Money can only go back to a paysafecard account, which is a different operation from reversing a sale.
